Chocolate Peanut Butter Power Protein Balls

Chocolate Peanut Butter Power Protein Balls

This post is going to be short and simple...just like these little, yummy, VERY addicting protein balls!  It's a little messy, but I promise you'll thank me after your first bite!

 *Recipe makes about 28 balls*

1 cup gluten free quick cooking oats
(Bob's Red Mill)
1/2 cup granola
(I used Purely Elizabeth because it's all natural and gluten free)
1 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp ground flax seed
1 scoop quest protein powder
(I used cookies and cream)
1 tbsp dark cocoa powder (Hershey's)
1/2 cup chocolate PB2
(You could used peanut butter but you would omit the water)
1/2 cup raw all natural honey
About 2 tbsp water (may need more
if all the ingredients aren't sticking together)

Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl first, then drizzle the honey slowly as you're stirring. Add the water a little at a time. Like I said above, you may need to add more water depending on how well the ingredients are sticking together.  I used a mini ice cream scoop to make the balls. Place them on wax paper to let them set for a couple of hours then place in a Tupperware for storage. I honestly couldn't tell you the shelf life of these bad boys, because they've never lasted past 3-4 days in my house!

Hopefully you enjoy them as much as I do!
